The community platform 1E9 hosted its Festival of the Future for four days. At the Forum of the Future, visitors could discuss ideas and technologies for a better future with researchers, startups, founders, investors, and artists.

What do we know about climate change and how can climate tech stop it? What can AI do in medicine, and are nursing robots the solution to the skills shortage? How will generative AI evolve? What role does science communication play in disruption? And what exactly is DNA origami? The numerous speakers and panelists explored these and many other questions over the course of the conference. In addition to a deep dive into the various technologies, their framework conditions were also discussed, as in this discussion on the extent to which regulatory policy promotes or restricts competitiveness.
