The focus of the newly launched incubator DF Growth Partners The focus will be on early-stage startups, particularly in the HR tech segment, with an investment requirement of up to €1 million. The incubator aims to support startups from seed to Series A financing. Lucas Bechtle, who founded DF Growth Partners together with Nikolas Hoche, says:

Strategic partner in filling key positions

Nikolas Hoche and Lucas Bechtle, the two initiators of DF Growth Partners, have been supporting over seven years emerging digital startups and scaleups through various growth phases. With the new incubator, they aim to leverage the expertise from their core business and also implement successful exit processes.
