Deutsche Telekom's Digital X digitalization initiative is once again presenting the Digital Champions Award this year. With this award, the initiators aim to highlight digital showcase projects and innovative solutions in the regional economy. Munich-based companies can apply until May 5th.
The third Digital X consists of six regional conferences in Berlin, Bochum, Hamburg, Offenbach, Stuttgart, and Munich, as well as a national final in Cologne. At each stop, a preliminary round of the Digital Champion Awards will take place. The winners will present their companies at the respective regional event. They will also be nominated as finalists for the special "Best Regional Champion" award of the national Digital Champions Awards in November 2020.
The Digital Champions Award is presented in four categories: Digital Products & Services, Digital Processes & Organization, Digital Customer Experience, and Digital Transformation for SMEs. All German small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) that have been sustainably successful in the market and in the context of digital transformation for more than five years, or whose approach to digital transformation is considered particularly exemplary, are eligible to participate.
Application for the Digital Champoins Award
Interested parties can apply to participate in Digital X South until May 5. The event will take place on May 26 and 27 at the Allianz Arena. Last year The Munich startup Visn as "Regional Digital Champion." The award is presented by the magazine "Wirtschaftswoche" in cooperation with Deutsche Telekom.
