The university certificate “Founding your own startup” from Munich University of Applied Sciences (HM) and the Strascheg Center for Entrepreneurship (SCE) is the first university certificate program in the field of entrepreneurship for students and especially non-university members such as alumni (no current HM or other university affiliation required). The goal of the program is, on the one hand, to realize your own start-up and, on the other hand, to obtain a certificate in two semesters.
Consulting, coaching and workplace
All participants receive, among other things, individual advice and coaching, a workspace in the SCE incubator, a prototyping budget, and participation in seminars, workshops, and startup events. In addition to a university entrance qualification, a successful application requires a positive certificate from the SCE/HM start-up support program regarding the startup idea. The certificate program itself is free of charge. Certificate students are only required to pay the standard student union fees and the solidarity contribution per semester.
Written applications in the form of a concept paper (max. 5 pages) or a presentation as well as the relevant attachments (CV, diploma) can be submitted until December 8th by email be submitted.
