The Bosch Startup Harbour accelerator program offers startups the opportunity to connect with business and technology experts from Bosch to network to learn together and innovate in defined focus areas. The founders benefit from moderated matchmaking and collaboration with Bosch. The program grants them access to a large network of experts and partners from the ecosystem, as well as individual mentoring with valuable feedback. It also offers them the opportunity to validate their solutions and business models in pilot projects.
For Batch #9, the Bosch Startup Harbour is seeking solutions in the area of software-defined manufacturing (SDM). This encompasses the use of software to plan, configure, and control physical production processes, as well as to test and inspect products. The goal is to describe production processes in formal languages, graphically, or by other means. However, products and services that enable individual elements of the overall solution are also considered. These include digital twins of production machines, the production floor, and production processes, as well as innovative approaches to quality assurance, testing, and inspection.
Startups with a SaaS business model, a clear USP and convincing solutions are invited to to apply for the program by June 15A jury will then evaluate the applications received and invite the most promising startups to an interview round in July. The program itself will begin in September and run until January 2025. All program elements and meetings will take place online, but in-person meetings can also be arranged if needed. Bosch will not participate financially in the participating startups as part of the program, nor will it take any shares from them.
