Xpreneurs, the UnternehmerTUM incubator program, supports startups on their path to market entry. The eighth batch runs from August 31 to November 27, 2020. Teams with a tech-driven innovation or business idea in the fields of smart cities, medical technology, B2B software or hardware, smart enterprise, or mobility can apply until July 19.
Xpreneurs is specifically looking for business ideas in the areas of artificial intelligence (AI), the Internet of Things (IoT), additive manufacturing (3D printing), robotics, and augmented and virtual reality (AR/VR).
What do startups gain from Xpreneurs?
Through the incubator, participating teams have free access to
- intensive individual coaching,
- individual support from the experienced core team,
- a large network of successful entrepreneurs and investors,
- a grant of up to €5,000 for the construction of prototypes and
- Office space in Munich or Garching.
Successful Munich startups that have already participated in Xpreneurs include Kewazo with its scaffolding robot, the Proptech and SaaS startup Caala, the SaaS startup Crashtest Security, the IoT startup Dynamic Components (who have now made an exit), and many more.
