This year, many founders sold their startups. However, the Munich startup scene didn't see any IPOs in 2023. We've summarized the most important exits of the year for you.

Deloitte acquires venture client firm 27pilots: Right at the beginning of the year, the Munich-based venture client firm 27pilots made headlines after its CEO and co-founder Gregor Gimmy (pictured) sold to the management consultancy Deloitte The deal became effective immediately on January 1, 2023. Founded in Munich in 2018, the firm supported companies in collaborating with and acquiring startups. To this end, the Munich-based company relied on the venture client model: Established companies serve as pilot clients for startups to validate their business models and products.
