Crowdfunding for food entrepreneurs – the next IHK Crowdfunding Night is coming up!

"Food & Crowdfunding" – A great combination, because food is always a good idea, even with crowdfunding. That's why the 5th IHK Crowdfunding Night on February 16th is all about good taste. Together with The Food Entrepreneurs Club Munich has the Chamber of Commerce and Industry for Munich and Upper Bavaria Exciting crowdfunding projects from the food industry have been invited, who will reveal their personal recipe for a successful crowdfunding campaign to the audience.

From niche to success: OHNE and The intolerant Isi

Hannah Sartin, founder of OHNE The packaging-free supermarket. Fed up with the packaging madness, she changed her lifestyle to zero waste and decided to create a packaging-free shopping alternative for Munich. The idea for OHNE was born. More than 900 people supported the packaging-free supermarket via crowdfunding, which opens its doors on February 20th. Following the funding of Berlin's "Original Unverpackt," similar packaging-free store projects have now been crowdfunded across Germany. At the Crowdfunding Night, Hannah answers questions about how difficult or easy it is to follow in the footsteps of strong role models when crowdfunding.

The second founder, The intolerant Isi, combines trend and niche with her food truck specializing in food intolerances. What role does this special feature play in crowdfunding? Isabella Hener reveals it to the crowd. By the way: If you want to visit Isi beforehand: On February 2nd, she opens Pop-Up Café at Amalienstrasse 91.

Platform pitch and open space

For those who want to start a campaign themselves, pitch with Startnext, Place2help and CONDA Three crowdfunding platforms will compete for the audience's attention in the "marketplace." During the subsequent networking session, there will be an opportunity to engage in closer discussions with the platforms or to present your own campaign to the crowd in the open space.

Selected food startups, which present themselves and their products on our marketplace, ensure the necessary enjoyment factor.
