Munich and Amsterdam would like to work more closely together in the future, especially in the area of cultural and creative industries. Last Tuesday, representatives from both cities signed a letter of intent for this purpose. Only the first concrete approaches to cooperation show that these are not just good intentions.
The Faculty of Design at Munich University of Applied Sciences, represented by Professor Ben Santo, and the Faculty of Digital Media & Creative Industries at Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences, represented by Dr. Geleyn Meijer, have agreed on a joint declaration of intent for future cooperation and signed this at the Creative Embassy last Tuesday in the mucca Hall in Munich's creative quarter.
Specifically, it was decided that the relevant faculties of both universities would be involved in the Global Goals Jam will work together. Furthermore, both sides intend to explore further opportunities for cooperation. These could include joint projects, but also the exchange of lecturers, students, or research capacities.
