“1,000 meetings per hour” – This is what Slush is like in Helsinki

For years, Slush has attracted founders, investors, and tech enthusiasts from all over the world to wintry Finland – and it doesn't skimp on superlatives. This year, the organizers proudly declared the startup fair the "largest gathering of venture capital on the planet."

In addition to several corporates – including AWS, Google, and Astra Zeneca, which will have their own booths – the exhibition will primarily showcase various startup ecosystems. From Belgium to Cyprus, startups can learn about local conditions and possible support programs for settling in. At the same time, the local ecosystems and a few selected startups will also be presented. This is also the case at the Germany booth, which also offers founders the opportunity to present themselves and their ideas with the German Pitching Stage. The Startup Champs, i.e., Munich, Berlin, Hamburg, and Cologne, will also be part of the booth. Three Munich startups, Exomatter, Flow Eye, and Deepeye Medical, will also be honored at the booth.
