Bavarian Innovation Award 2024: Application phase launched

Starting November 6, Bavarian entrepreneurs can once again apply for the Bavarian Innovation Award. The award recognizes product and process innovations as well as technology-oriented services that have already achieved initial market success or whose market success is foreseeable.

The initiative, jointly launched by the Bavarian Ministry of Economic Affairs, the Association of Bavarian Chambers of Industry and Commerce, and the Association of Bavarian Chambers of Skilled Crafts, will again present the Bavarian Innovation Prize in 2024. The award has been presented every two years since 2012 in recognition of outstanding innovative achievements.

A total of up to seven main and special prizes will be awarded. These are honorary prizes that carry no financial reward. The prize consists of a certificate and a sculpture and is expected to be presented in Munich in mid-October 2024. In addition, all award winners will receive their own short film, which will be shown during the awards ceremony and subsequently distributed to the companies for promotional purposes.
