The YTILI Fellowship is offered by the U.S. Department of State. The program is aimed at young European entrepreneurs between the ages of 25 and 35 who want to expand their business in the U.S. or Europe by applying fresh expertise. It offers the opportunity to build a network of founders, business partners, and investors from 45 European countries and the United States. Eligibility is based on at least two years of business management experience and European citizenship.
YTILI has already connected 300 alumni with American partners
Launched in 2016, the goal of the program is to promote mutual understanding, enhance business and leadership skills, and build lasting partnerships between business leaders from Europe and the United States through economic empowerment. To date, 300 alumni from across Europe have participated in the YTILI Fellowship.
The program includes a virtual curriculum for entrepreneurs, a fellowship with a company or organization in one of nine U.S. cities, an opening and closing conference, and an opportunity to network with alumni. The 2024 YTILI Fellowship will begin virtual classes in winter 2024, and the U.S.-based fellowship is planned for spring 2024.
All costs incurred will be covered by the fellowship.
