For Finnish Prime Minister Sanna Marin (right), one thing is clear: Europe must become more independent. It doesn't matter to her whether it's in terms of energy, raw materials, or high technology. Democratic states should no longer find themselves in positions where they can be blackmailed by autocracies. She also emphasizes that the necessary investments must be made now, as it will take a few years for them to have an impact and, for example, for a microchip factory in Europe to be able to produce at the highest global level. She also sees governments as having a responsibility to create an innovation-friendly environment. The Slush stage program can be found on YouTube Follow live. (Photo: Petri Anttila)
