Strascheg Award 2022: Ideas Prize of the Munich University of Applied Sciences

The Munich University of Applied Sciences and the Strascheg Center for Entrepreneurship (SCE) are once again presenting the Strascheg Award this year. All students, professors, staff, and alumni of the Munich University of Applied Sciences can submit their business ideas by August 8th.

The Strascheg Award is presented in three categories for innovative business ideas. The prize is endowed with a total of €30,000. The award seeks the best business ideas from a course, from students, and from academia and practice. Ideas, projects, and academic papers driven by entrepreneurial spirit are eligible for application.

Strascheg Award: 5,000 euros for the first place winners

The decisive criteria for the award are the problem description, the solution approach, the degree of innovation, the market potential and the implementation plan of the idea. The submitted ideas are evaluated in a multi-stage process by entrepreneurship experts from SCE and the Munich University of Applied Sciences, as well as an external expert jury. The three best-placed ideas in each of the three categories will receive €5,000, €3,000, and €2,000, respectively, at the awards ceremony in the fall.

Applications are open online until August 8. Further information can be found here.
