Farminsect
The focus is on the feed sector FarminsectThe startup has developed an automated machine system that allows farmers to breed their own feed insects. The system uses crop residues or leftovers from food production. This allows farmers to produce their own protein feed instead of having to rely on imported soy or fishmeal. This approach aims to make animal husbandry more sustainable and efficient. Seed financing round In August 2021, Farminsect secured a seven-figure investment, which the company plans to use to establish a new insect production site and commission additional fattening facilities at farmers' homes.
