Happy Ocean Foods: The Munich-based food tech startup Happy Ocean Food aims to bring plant-based fish alternatives to people's plates. Since 2019, the young company has been working on a plant-based shrimp made from soy and mung beans. Interested fish lovers can now try this first product from Happy Ocean Food in a Munich restaurant also taste it yourself, more sales partners will be added soon.
