Half office, half mobile office: This is how Personio will continue to work after Corona

The coronavirus pandemic has irreversibly changed the world of work: Over the past year and a half, home and mobile working have proven to be efficient alternatives to the office. Personio is taking this into account in a new work policy and aims to combine office presence with mobile working.

Personio is institutionalizing remote working for a post-coronavirus era. Effective immediately, the more than 800 employees at its four locations in Munich, Madrid, Dublin, and London can choose between working in the office and another location in Germany or abroad.

Other companies will also have to face the challenge of finding a new balance between on-site and remote work. Some startups have already announced that they will continue 'remote first' Others have sought remote staffing during the pandemic and are therefore unable to return to a physical office at all. Every company will have to find its own 'new normal.'
