Eichler says the coronavirus crisis hasn't affected the startup. The rapid transition to working from home has actually increased customer demand for the Munich-based company's solution.
Corona as an “opportunity to develop Userlane beyond Munich”
Userlane itself has also used the crisis to expand its digital processes. While the startup was already a fully digitalized company before the crisis, the digital onboarding of new employees presents an additional opportunity:
“We have also hired people from outside Munich and see this as an opportunity to develop Userlane beyond Munich.”
The co-founder is certain:
“The new state of remote first will stay.”
