Retorio is an AI-enabled video recruiting platform that combines artificial intelligence and machine learning with scientific findings from psychology and organizational research. The platform is based on the scientifically recognized Big 5 personality model. The AI used recognizes behaviors through voice, speech, gestures, and facial expressions and creates a personality profile based on them.
A key feature of the software is the AI-based analysis of short videos, which is intended to help HR professionals, for example, identify the personality and soft skills of their applicants and match them with the corporate culture and job requirements. This should not only make the application process faster, but also more objective and fair. Another possible application is the training of employees, who can use the software to analyze their own appearance and impact.
Product development and customer acquisition
In a broader context, Retorio aims to help companies consider the personality and behavior of their employees in key decision-making processes in order to make better decisions. The fresh capital, from Basinghall Partners, among others, will be used to advance product development and customer acquisition at home and abroad.
