“We want to make cancer diagnoses safer” – Inveox co-founder Dominik Sievert in a video interview

Inveox develops digital solutions for pathology laboratories. The Munich-based company's technology is designed to prevent unnecessary errors in diagnostics. Co-founder Dominik Sievert tells us more about his company in this video interview.

Inveox was founded in February 2017 by Maria and Dominik Sievert. The Munich-based startup aims to use digital solutions to improve the transport of tissue samples from the doctor to the laboratory, as well as the processing of information related to the digital samples.

The team has developed three coordinated products: a sample container in which doctors send removed tissue to the laboratory, a machine that removes the sample from the container, and a software platform for information processing.

Dominik Sievert: “Honesty and tolerance are important for an open and transparent feedback culture.”

In a video interview with Munich Startup, Sievert explains how he and his co-founder maintain the startup culture in their rapidly growing company. He also reveals the secret of their success—or, more precisely, the two secrets.

In the section 'Munich Startup visits...' We regularly present Munich startups. Our editorial team has already visited, among others, the IIoT startup Konux, the Munich Unicorn Celonis and the reusable cup startup Recup. Spyra told us about his — in his own words — “best water pistol in the world”.
