This year, Deloitte is once again seeking young technology companies with a sustainable vision and outstanding growth with its "Technology Fast 50 Award." Companies can apply until June 30.
With the Technology Fast 50 Award, Deloitte recognizes future-proof innovations and business models in the areas of hardware, software, communications, media & entertainment, healthcare & life sciences, environmental technology, and fintech. The evaluation criteria is the average percentage revenue growth over the last four fiscal years. However, there are additional award categories.
For young startups and those that have been growing for a longer period
Ambitious young companies with sustainable growth can apply for the Fast 50, Rising Star, or Sustained Excellence Award until June 30, 2018. The previous Innovation Award will be replaced by the "Innovation Award," which will further enhance this category for particularly creative business ideas.
The Rising Stars program considers startups and small businesses that have been operating on the market for at least two years. Companies that meet the "Technology Fast 50" criteria but have already established themselves in the market through long-term growth can apply for the Sustained Excellence Award. Applicants can also qualify for the European and global Technology Fast 500 EMEA and Global Technology Fast 100 programs.
"This year, we are once again looking for courageous entrepreneurs who are successful in international competition with their own technologies and ideas. We are pleased to reward their commitment with the Fast 50 Award and thereby support the innovative power of Germany as a business location,"
emphasized Dr. Andreas Gentner, Partner and Head of TMT EMEA at Deloitte.
The winners will be honored at the awards ceremony on November 8, 2018, during a gala dinner in Cologne.
