The application phase for the third batch of the InsurTech Accelerator, in cooperation with the InsurTech Hub Munich, started today in WERK1. The application period runs until April 3, 2018.
The WERK1 and the InsurTech Hub Munich are jointly launching the application phase for Batch 3 of the W1>>Forward InsurTech AcceleratorsWithin the next four weeks, startups from all industries can apply directly via the website for one of the maximum ten places in the program.
Mentors support with intensive coaching
This time, the focus is explicitly on early-stage startups, which will be supported and supported from the concept phase with the help of suitable mentors and industry experts. In addition, all participants will receive direct access to the local network of insurers, the WERK1 founder community, and local partners such as Xpreneurs and the LMU Entrepreneurship CenterThe total value of the program is approximately 50,000 for each participating startup.

The new batch starts on May 14, 2018, at WERK1. For eight weeks, coaches and mentors will support the participating startups in working on their concepts during an intensive phase. Following this, the teams can use the space at WERK1 free of charge for another three months and establish contact with the local startup scene and the insurance network.
