
Lukas Bromig studied chemical engineering at the Technical University of Munich. Through internships at Evonik, the Klinikum rechts der Isar Hospital, and a research stay at the Georgia Institute of Technology, he gained experience in a variety of laboratories. From 2019 to 2022, he worked as a research associate at the Chair of Biochemical Engineering at the Technical University of Munich on the project "Digitalization in Industrial Biotechnology," focusing on laboratory digitalization and automation. He also participated in the specification and implementation of the "Standards in Laboratory Automation" as a member of the SiLA 2 Consortium.
Robert Zechlin is a generalist in the development of innovative products and business models. During his bachelor's degree in business administration at LMU Munich, he already focused on entrepreneurship and worked as one of the first employees in startups. Through a master's degree in business informatics from the Technical University of Munich, he acquired expertise in both software development and the use of software in companies. In addition to participating in an international 11-month design thinking challenge run by the SUGAR Network as a BMW scholarship holder, he was also able to gain experience in the finance, healthcare, and insurance sectors, as well as the automotive industry.
With over 16 years of experience as a software engineer, Julian Willand brings extensive expertise in the IT field. At various employers, including Censhare, Gini, Siemens, Lidl, and Alexander Thamm, he has gained insight into diverse perspectives on IT projects as a developer, in operations, as a consultant, and as a project manager. He has combined his experience with academic concepts from his bachelor's and master's degrees in business informatics at the Technical University of Munich.
