Tijen Onaran is an entrepreneur, investor, TV personality, author, and one of Germany's most important opinion leaders when it comes to diversity, visibility, and digitalization. Her motto: "Diversity is not a trend. Diversity is the foundation for a company's success!"
Tijen is the founder of the diversity consulting company ACI – one of the leading consulting firms in diversity issues.
To increase the proportion of female founders, she actively supports women as an investor with venture capital. She is now involved in over 13 startups, including the baby food company Pumpkin Organics, the intimate wellness startup Nevernot, the speech software Witty Works as well as the well-known startups from “The Lion’s Den” – FreeMom and Loggae.
Tijen Onaran is a member of the Board of Trustees of the ZKM Karlsruhe and the Board of Trustees for Entrepreneurship of the Bundeswehr University of Munich and member of the board of trustees of the Startup Association.
Tijen has been a judge on the VOX show “Höhle der Löwen” since the 14th season and invests in startups there.
