Sinpex expands its management team

The Munich-based startup Sinpex automates the process of customer identity verification. The young company has now brought on board new CFOs, Philipp Eska and Gholam Abdol, respectively.

Founded in 2019, the Munich-based startup Sinpex is a provider of compliance and AML (anti-money laundering) solutions in the B2B environment. The cloud-based software reduces the manual effort required to capture and verify compliance-relevant data while simultaneously increasing the accuracy of legitimizing business relationships. the startup on artificial intelligence and natural language processing.

Philipp Eska will assume the role of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Managing Director. Gholam Abdol will take on the technological challenges of the young company as Chief Technology Officer (CTO).

Camillo Werdich, founder and CEO of Sinpex, says:

In his role at Sinpex, Philipp Eska will contribute his experience in organizational development, finance, and human resources to further develop the company's strategy. Previously, he held roles including Head of HR and M&A at Zahneins. He was also a founding member of Predilive, a startup in the lifestock management sector, and has consulted at McKinsey.n. 

Gholam Abdol will lead the Technology Department of Sinpex as CTO. He was previously the founder and CEO of Satellites, a company specializing in enterprise IT projects for clients such as Allianz, FC Bayern, Zeiss, and savings banks. In this role, he gained experience in developing AI-based compliance solutions for financial institutions.
