Critical Software becomes new shareholder of Two Impulse

The Munich-based AI company Two Impulse has found a new shareholder in Critical Software. With the partial acquisition, the Portuguese software developer aims to integrate the Munich-based company's AI expertise into its portfolio.

Two Impulse specializes in implementing AI solutions designed to save energy, automate processes, increase efficiency, or digitize customer loyalty. This includes the automation of document processes and the use of chatbots. The company is based in MTZ in Munich and a branch in Portugal.

Critical Software, in turn, specializes in areas such as cybersecurity, digital transformation, security management, systems and software development, and user experience design. The company expects the acquisition of Two Impulse to boost the implementation of AI in its solutions.
