SocialTech4EU is an EU-funded project that aims to promote resilience and innovation, competitiveness and sustainability of social ecosystems, startups and SMEs. A particular focus is on technological social enterprises.
In a first phase, up to 100 European social enterprises can receive financial support for training. With up to €3,000, they can finance training, continuing education, and professional development in the areas of ICT, new technologies for the social economy, open innovation, business administration, marketing, and sales. Social enterprises can apply after the Definition of the European Commission as well as social and impact startups. The application deadline is April 12.
SocialTech4EU offers support in 3 phases
Companies accepted for this training phase have the opportunity to apply for further financial support in subsequent project phases. They can apply for up to €20,000 in the second phase, "Innovation," and up to €30,000 in phase 3, "Acceleration." Participants in the subsequent phases are limited to 20 and 10 applicants, respectively.
