Munich Startup and Startup City Fukuoka give founders from Munich the opportunity to find suitable partner companies in Japan through matchmaking and thus to enter the marketAt the online pitch event, up to four startups can present themselves and answer questions. Startup City Fukuoka ensures that the participating companies are a good fit for the startups' offerings and solutions.
And even those startups that are not selected for the online event on March 10 can benefit: Startup City Fukuoka will try to arrange meetings with companies from Japan for them as well.
Further support for market entry in Japan
Startups that successfully find new partners through matchmaking can also count on the support of Startup City Fukuoka afterward. The Startup Center helps with things like obtaining visas—the city of Fukuoka offers special startup visas—or opening an office.
Startups from Munich that are based on munich-startup.de/startups are listed – or quickly here – and generate initial revenue with their product or service. An interest in the Japanese market is also required. Interested startups can still Apply online by February 17. Online matchmaking will take place on March 10 at 9 a.m.
