Zarah Bruhn Social Bee
Social Bee As a service provider, Social-Bee aims to actively integrate recognized refugees into the labor market and society. To this end, the Munich-based company, founded in 2015 by Maximilian Felsner and Zarah Bruhn, combines traditional temporary employment with an integration concept consisting of targeted training, socio-educational support, and leisure activities. Refugees are permanently employed at Social-Bee and placed with companies – from small family businesses to DAX-listed corporations. Social-Bee also takes care of language, professional, and social integration. The goal is to place refugees, as pre-qualified talents, in training or qualified permanent employment after 1.5 years at the latest. (Photo: Social-Bee)
