Rencore: 3.75 million for cloud companies

Rencore closes its Series A round with €3.75 million. Capnamic, a company that optimizes the use of Microsoft 365 in enterprises, leads the financing round.

The company intends to use the fresh capital to consolidate and expand its position in the market for cloud collaboration governance software. Startup scale its product offering and acquire additional medium-sized companies as customers. Munich offers companies a tool for managing and supporting cloud environments such as Microsoft 365. Rencore was founded in Sweden in 2013 by Torsten Mandelkow and Matthias Einig, then consultants for the Microsoft SharePoint solution, and is now based in Munich.

says Torsten Mandelkow, CTO and one of the two co-founders of Rencore.
