Rencore raises 7.5 million euros

Cloud startup Rencore has closed another round of financing, raising €7.5 million. The financing round is led by UVC Partners, with existing investor Capnamic from Cologne also participating.

Rencore develops software for secure and efficient collaboration in the cloud. The software The Munich-based startup's software helps companies quickly and reliably identify, manage, and control uncontrolled growth within collaborative services like Microsoft 365. Rencore aims to make IT governance scalable through comprehensive insights, tips, and best practices, as well as built-in process automation.

Now the startup, after already receiving €3.75 million from Capnamic in 2022, Rencore is completing further growth financing. Investors UVC Partners and Capnamic are investing a total of €7.5 million in the company. Rencore aims to use the fresh capital to accelerate the growth of its cloud collaboration governance offering and establish itself as a leading provider in the market.
