School Manager Online continues to support Esis customers

Esis, in turn, is a product from Euro-tronic, which has been used for digital communication between schools and parents since 2007. This makes it one of the first digital school platforms in Germany and eventually served over 800 schools. Esis originally emerged from a father's project for his son's school in Erlangen. The team behind Esis has now decided to discontinue the product – partly for health reasons, as stated on the website. However, since the team was looking for someone to continue supporting their customers in the future, they reached an agreement with Schulmanager Online.

Specifically, this means that Esis will continue to operate during the current school year. At the same time, schools can already switch to Schulmanager Online. Esis will be permanently discontinued on August 1, 2022, but Esis customers will be integrated into the startup's platform until then. The acquisition will take the form of an asset deal, and the employees will remain with Euro-tronic.
