Aareon is a provider of ERP software and digital solutions for the real estate industry. Its portfolio includes software solutions for optimizing business processes and developing business models. Wohnungshelden's solution for a fair, transparent, and efficient leasing process now complements this offering. With it, housing companies can, among other things, manage existing rentals, the rental and marketing of new construction projects and handle the mapping of municipal procurement processes digitally via the cloud. The process is intended to become more efficient for the startup's customers and enable data analysis that complies with the requirements of the European General Data Protection Regulation.
According to the company, Wohnungshelden's solution is already being used by companies with a total of more than 750,000 residential units. It is used by municipal, private, and church-run housing companies and cooperatives. The proptech startup's customers also include the Munich municipal housing associations GWG and GEWOFAG.
