E-Bot7 automates customer communication using artificial intelligence. Munich startup will remain an operationally independent entity under the Liveperson umbrella even after the acquisition. “Conversational AI is about using artificial intelligence and natural language in a conversation to interact with brands,”
says Robert LoCascio, CEO and founder of Liveperson.
"E-Bot7 brings proven NLP (Natural Language Processing) algorithms to Liveperson. Our goal is to help consumers avoid downloading more apps or struggling to navigate websites. We're thrilled that the talented E-Bot7 team is joining Liveperson. Together, we can advance and further expand Conversational AI at the world's biggest brands."
E-Bot7 founders stay on board
The E-Bot7 founders Fabian Beringer, Xaver Lehmann and Maximilian Gerer, who were recently Forbes 30 Under 30 will continue to lead the company.
“We look forward to working with Liveperson to extend the reach of Conversational AI to the most influential brands in EMEA,”
say the two co-founders Fabian Beringer and Xaver Lehmann.
"Conversational AI is a transformative interface, offering entirely new possibilities. Companies that integrate conversational AI into their customer experience have the most important advantage in the age of artificial intelligence: detailed data for training machine learning models. The merger of our companies paves the way for intuitive and authentic conversations between customers and companies. Thanks to these interactions, companies gain a completely new understanding of their customers."
