The Women's Forum for the Economy & Society, in collaboration with Procter & Gamble (P&G) and the HEC Paris Innovation & Entrepreneurship Center, has launched the #WomenEntrepreneurs4Good initiative. The initiative aims to promote female creativity and entrepreneurship across Europe. The accelerator program aims to support female entrepreneurs with resources and training to enable them to develop in line with European Green Deal Strategy be able to implement new ideas and innovations.

Wanted: 100 female entrepreneur teams from France, Germany and Italy
The #WomenEntrepreneurs4Good is an annual program that aims to support female entrepreneurs with a variety of approaches: business coaching, networking opportunities, technical support, connections, and access to an ecosystem of stakeholders and global partners with a variety of resources and business opportunities. For the first edition of the program in 2021, more than 100 teams of female entrepreneurs from France, Germany, and Italy (two to three members per team) will be selected. The program will be as follows:
- In the first phase, each of these teams works on innovative solutions to climate and environmental problems.
- In the second phase, a jury of experts selects nine teams of high-potential female entrepreneurs and offers them a 5-month, tailor-made and individual incubation program at HEC Paris in various areas of business development and management.
- At the end of the program, these companies will also be able to apply for funding from the European Green Deal. In the coming years, the program will be expanded to other European countries to support more female entrepreneurs who are driving our societal transformation toward sustainability.

For the first issue, Female entrepreneurs in Germany, France and Italy applyThe following requirements must be met:
- Female founder or co-founder
- The turnover is less than 50,000 euros per year
- At least two people in the team
