German Startup Cup: Apply now

Startups from the fields of IT security, organizational intelligence and Industry 4.0 can now apply for the German Startup Cup 2020.

For the second season, the Society for the Promotion of Research Transfer (GFFT eV) is organizing the German Startup Cup competition. Participation is open to innovative technology startups founded in 2015 or later whose business focus lies in one of the following cup categories:

The German Startup Cup was launched by the GFFT eV to strengthen Germany's innovative power and to support young companies in establishing themselves on the market.

The competition is intended to contribute to giving greater importance to the topic of innovation in Germany and to improving the conditions for the development of future-oriented technologies.

Application phase now open

The best startups in each category will be selected through digital preliminary rounds starting in October 2020 and—as the situation allows—in-person finals at major companies in 2021. If an in-person final is not possible, a digital final will take place.

The deadline for entries for the Security & Organizational Intelligence Cup is October 25th and for the Industry 4.0 Cup is November 25th.
