#CoronaUpdate with Cliniserve: "We want to contribute to combating the nursing shortage"

Cliniserve offers a digital solution for hospitals that supports nursing staff in their work. This means that the potential customers of the Munich-based startup, based in Werk1, are those organizations at the center of the coronavirus crisis. Julian Nast-Kolb, co-founder and managing director of Cliniserve, reports on his startup's experiences over the past few months in the #CoronaUpdate.

The coronavirus crisis has severely restricted the startup's sales. Hospitals have imposed a visitor ban, and clinics' entire focus has shifted to creating capacity for COVID-19 patients. In light of the pandemic, the introduction of new digital processes was suddenly no longer an issue, says Nast-Kolb:

“A major effect was also that hospitals had completely different things on their minds than the digitalization of care.”
