Cobrainer digitizes employee profiles for companies and thus makes competencies transparent with its “Expertise Intelligence” software.

Cobrainer emerged from a university research project at the Technical University of Munich in 2013. The interdisciplinary development team combines concepts from the fields of machine learning, natural language processing, and image recognition and develops software solutions for expertise analysis, management, and visualization.

By processing large amounts of publicly available project data, the Cobrainer software "learns" specific correlations between expertise and creates a globally unique semantic expertise database. This database serves as the technical framework for the digital integration of talent and interdisciplinary teams, both within and across companies.

Cobrainer currently has 13 employees, has been profitable since October 2016, and counts various DAX corporations and medium-sized companies among its customers.
