Who are you and what do you do? Please introduce yourselves briefly!
Our founding team at Vypno consists of Maximilian Jakasovic, 33, CEO, who discovered his entrepreneurial spirit while studying computer science at the bachelor's level and founded his first startup, Appetise GmbH.
Through his computer science studies, he also met one of Vypno's co-founders, Alejandro Rueda, 32, who had already trained as a film and computer animator before his studies, gaining his first professional experience there. During his studies, he specialized in image processing using machine learning. In our team, he is responsible for computer vision and deep learning and also supports us with his expertise in design.
Another member and co-founder of Vypno is Yang Li, 33, who boasts more than 10 years of experience in scientific and engineering simulation, where she has worked both as a developer and as a manager. Yang studied mathematics and holds a doctorate in computer science. With her extensive and extensive knowledge, she is responsible for team management and project development. Maximilian and Yang met through Yang's work as a thesis supervisor, where she supervised Maxis, among others, on his master's thesis.
The final member of our team is Nitesh Narayan, 35, who also holds a doctorate in computer science. With his many years of experience in software development, he supports our team in the design and development of software applications.

What problem does your startup solve?
One of the biggest problems in machine learning is that there is often too little or unsuitable data available for deep learning, and manual acquisition and processing is very costly and time-consuming. Our technology enables the rapid generation and labeling of image data in seconds, thus significantly reducing the effort and cost.
But that's been around for a long time!
The combination of generative AI with synthetic data used in our technology is unique and enables our customers to achieve significant cost savings.
Has there ever been a point where you almost failed?
Since we are a very international team, we have repeatedly encountered difficulties, especially with regard to residence permits and work permits for our individual members.
Where would you like to be in one year, where in five years?
In one year, we want to be fully funded and in five years, we want to be among the leaders in Generative AI and Synthetic Data.

Quick exit or long breath?
We're not currently considering an exit. Our top priority is to develop a product that meets our customers' high expectations.
