First Expat Management Conference on the topic of “Integration and Retention of International Professionals in Munich”
The conference, organized by Expat in the City in cooperation with Referat für Arbeit und Wirtschaft, the District Administration Department, Die Techniker and Elisabeth Sommer Relocation Services, is aimed at HR representatives and personnel managers as ambassadors of the “expats,” the international specialists, in international companies in Munich.
Experts and stakeholders in the field of talent integration and retention will gather at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel on November 26 to gain insight into the current expat ecosystem in Munich.
The aim of the conference is to create a collaborative network and community of experts as well as a clear understanding of the needs of international professionals and their families in order to optimally integrate them both socially and professionally and thus ensure long-term talent retention for the city of Munich.
