Technology Fast 50 Award: Three Munich-based companies among the top 10

Each year, the management consultancy Deloitte honors Germany's fastest-growing startups with the Technology Fast 50 Award. This year, three Munich-based startups made it into the top 10: Fineway, Holidu, and Messenger People.

The selection of the award-winning companies is linked to the percentage growth rate of the last four years. Fineway With a growth rate of 16,953.56 % over the past four years, it takes second place in the nationwide Competition behind Cloud and Heat Technologies with a rate of 21,474.32 percent. Holidu ranked 6th with 6,693.69 percent and Messenger People 8th place with 5,378.20 percent.

says Andreas Gentner, Partner and Head of Technology, Media & Telecommunications Emea at Deloitte. He further adds:

Technology Fast 50 Award: These are the winners’ business ideas

The travel tech startup Fineway was founded four years ago in Munich. It offers users a fully automated platform that uses artificial intelligence to help them book complex tours.

Holidu is also based in the travel industry. The company is successful with its search engine for vacation homes. The startup was founded in 2014.

Messenger People, the specialist for messenger communication, supports companies in customer communication via popular messengers such as Whatsapp, Facebook Messenger and Co. The managing director and founder of Messenger People, Franz Buchenberger, comments on the award as follows:

“Our customers, who are already relying on the communication standard of the future with their messenger service, actually deserve this award.”
