“We asked the founders what they needed and came across the problem #1 of every startup – recruitment. Startup Work We want to create a platform where talents and teams can find each other. We all benefit from this."

Who should participate in Startup Work?

The fair is specifically aimed at growing startups that currently have multiple positions open. To ensure the greatest possible diversity, young companies from all industries are welcome to apply for a booth. Those who don't want an exhibitor booth can also apply for a presentation or an interactive workshop. In addition to pitches, a panel discussion, and specialist workshops, a business speed dating event is also planned.

And the job seekers? Above all, they should be interested in a job at a young company! At the fair, they can meet the startups and their founders in person. Additionally, there will be on-site document checks and individual coaching from startup experts.

Here Startups can apply for one of the free exhibitor stands or further participation in the program until February 10. Job seekers, in turn, receive here your ticket.
