Werk1 continues to grow: In the Stadtsparkasse München building on Friedenstraße, Werk1 has opened its Werk1 Startup Hub on five floors with over 3,300 square meters. The clinker building at Munich's Ostbahnhof is within walking distance of Plant1.4The original home of Werk1 in the now listed factory high-rise will be completely renovated in the coming years.
The doors of Werk1 Coliving have been open to its new residents since June 2023. The living concept includes 63 modern apartments, offering everything you need for life in a compact space. The entire new building, encompassing over 10,000 square meters, includes apartments, additional offices, event and meeting spaces, a new coworking space, and a café. The central location in Werksviertel-Mitte also offers direct access to the entire Werk1 infrastructure.

In the new Werk1 Startup Hub on Friedenstraße, startups will also find everything they need to develop their companies: affordable office space in various sizes with the option to grow, coaching by Baystartup, mentoring, and regular events. Werk1 Managing Director Robert Richter says:
