Room available: Founders and roommates suitable for shared accommodation wanted!

Munich's first so-called "startup shared apartment" was founded in April 2017. Starting October 1, the shared apartment is now looking for a new roommate. Even more important than shared apartment experience is startup experience.

Nearly 500 square meters of living space, 17 residents, six bathrooms, a large kitchen—and an equally large common area, aka co-working space. This startup shared apartment in eastern Munich aims to combine entrepreneurial spirit with shared-living spirit. The shared apartment has already been given a name: Hyprspace.

Creative living concept in the startup shared apartment

Marc Gänsler, one of the WG founders, says:

"With our shared apartment, we want to bring the globally emerging co-living culture to Germany and give entrepreneurs the opportunity to be part of a creative and forward-looking living concept."

Plenty of room for exchange

The large villa is located directly on Ostpark and offers plenty of space for creative ideas and exchange. The new roommates can also expect regular joint activities such as pizza baking, pitching, or even the occasional game night.

The current residents have founded startups in the areas of electromobility, e-learning, Industry 4.0 and smart wearables, among others.

Roommate wanted for 545 euros warm

A new roommate—preferably a new female roommate—is scheduled to move in starting October 1, or November 1 at the latest. The current residents are open to this. The vacant basement room is rather small at 12.5 square meters and costs €545 including heating.

In return, you can stay as long as you want. And, of course, as a resident, you benefit from the experiences of your fellow residents—that's free.

If you are interested in the room, please contact directly to the WG founders.
