Male founders can apply at herCAREER in the format Founder pitch introduce their team to women interested in starting a business and apply online for the pitch now. The event will take place on October 11 and 12, 2018.
herCAREER, which supports women in all phases of career planning with information and networking opportunities, actively supports women interested in starting a business. Nearly a third of attendees are open to an entrepreneurial role or founding a startup, but aren't yet taking the plunge—at least not without support and on their own.
Against this backdrop, the so-called Founder Pitches were created at herCAREER last year, in which founders from various industries—such as LegalTech, Health, Mobility, Medical, or Food—pitch a female co-founder or a female candidate for C-level positions. At herCAREER, founders meet a female target group interested in starting a business.

The format: Selected startups will pitch for a female co-founder on-site at herCAREER on October 11 and 12, 2018, in Munich. In a small group of 15 participants, they will briefly present their startup and their area of responsibility. The focus of the one-hour discussion is deliberately on personal questions and the opportunity to get to know each other. The pitch is free of charge for male founders/founding teams. However, places are limited, and therefore a Registration required.
