On Sunday, March 12, 2017, the "Expat in the City" trade fair will take place in Munich for the third time. The Job & Career Zone offers Munich startups the opportunity to present themselves to an international audience.
The "Expat in the City Munich" trade fair is an international trade fair for expatriates, i.e., foreign professionals assigned to Munich. Numerous exhibitors provide interested visitors with information and inspiration in English to help international citizens make life in Munich easier. The information ranges from getting to know new people and places to what the city has to offer. This is intended to help expats familiarize themselves with their (new) city. Numerous tips for living abroad are available at booths, in workshops, and in lectures.
Present your startup to an international audience
Munich startups will also have the opportunity to present themselves and possibly provide insights into the opportunities they can offer expats and the extent to which they are already internationally positioned. Startups that have come to Munich from abroad will also be able to present themselves in a specially created slot in the Job & Career Zone. Participating in the fair include relocation agencies, language schools, insurance companies, financial advisors, and companies from the sports and leisure industry. Visitors will also have the opportunity to consult with each other: "Get Connected, Be Inspired" is the motto of the networking event on the indoor terrace of BMW Welt.
