With the acquisition of Audeering, the company is expanding its portfolio to include advanced audio analysis technologiesAudeering, a spin-off from the Technical University of Munich, specializes in AI-based analysis of speech expressions and voice biomarkers. The technology of Company is already used in the healthcare, market research, and automotive sectors. Audeering's previous investors included the Danish GN Group, which withdrew from the company in 2023.

Agile Robots reached 2021 Unicorn status and raised significant investments from Softbank and Sequoia China, among others. The company employs over 2,300 people worldwide and, according to its own figures, has implemented more than 10,000 robotics solutions. Most recently, the spin-off from the German Aerospace Center (DLR) also acquired the robotics startup Franka Emika, which had previously slipped into insolvency. With the integration of Audeering, Agile Robots continues its expansion in the field of AI-supported automation.
