In cooperation with the Günther Rid Foundation for Bavarian Retail, Kreativ München offers a new, free qualification program in the form of two online training courses that supports companies in the cultural and creative industries in developing and optimizing sustainable and customer-oriented business models. The program imparts tried-and-tested knowledge to better reach customers. The argument of "sustainability" is often not enough. Rather, the term must be translated into concrete benefits for the respective customers. This is not so easy, because the price willingness of different target groups must also be taken into account when positioning. The program provides an overview and theoretical foundations on the topics of sustainability and circularity from a corporate perspective.
Companies that have already implemented sustainable business models can also apply for an individual, free coaching program.
The online training courses are implemented by the Munich-based strategy and digital consultancy elaboratum.
Target group:
The online training courses are aimed at existing entrepreneurs in the cultural and creative industries who want to place sustainability and/or circularity at the heart of their future business model. The program is open to companies of various industries and sizes, especially those that market physical products (e.g., fashion, furniture, design products, publishing, etc.).
