Future of digital and open administration ZdoV
ZdoV: Digitalization in the public sector is progressing, albeit slowly. However, new problems keep arising. For example, there's a risk that government agencies will become dependent on individual providers. And the use of many different tools doesn't necessarily promote the breaking down of data silos.
