The holiday home company Holidu announces the signing of a strategic partnership with Toploc. This collaboration aims to increase bookings for hosts and significantly simplify all processes related to rentals. Toploc provides the Munich startup its knowledge of the French market and its portfolio. Holidu integrates its white label solution on the Toploc websiteto improve booking conversion rates, expand the property selection, and enhance the overall booking experience. However, Toploc will remain a separate company.
Johannes Siebers, CEO and co-founder of Holidu, comments:
"The partnership with Toploc provides us with a further boost to growth on both the host and guest sides. Booking processes are significantly simplified for everyone involved. Toploc's knowledge of nature-based vacations combined with our technological know-how forms a strong foundation for a successful collaboration. Thanks to Toploc, we are now very well positioned to expand and further develop our range of nature-based vacation accommodations."
Founded in 2022, Toploc has positioned itself in the increasingly popular market segment of vacation rentals in nature. Today, in partnership with Holidu, Toploc offers over 80,000 directly bookable vacation rentals in France and over 150,000 directly bookable vacation rentals in Europe.
Siebers explains:
"France is one of Holidu's most important markets, where we're experiencing exponential growth in revenue and bookings. We're delighted to now be able to offer our technological solution even more widely. Our hosts are very satisfied, and our properties are receiving excellent reviews."
Holidu grows in a fragmented market
In September last year, Holidu launched a strategic partnership with Sportihome which specializes in holiday accommodation for sports and nature vacationers. This year, the travel tech company already announced the Acquisition of the holiday home company Clubrural and ferienwohnungen.de.
Once again Siebers:
"The vacation rental market is still very fragmented, and for us, partnerships and acquisitions are a great way to continue growing. We've built these deals as growth engines, so they can now contribute approximately 20 to 25 percent to our property growth, in a repeated and fairly predictable way. Equally important to us is that all companies are very satisfied with the collaboration."
